Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to proposals, assignments, services and collaborations with AP Studios BV, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

AP Studios BV provides services including websites, digital products, AI workflows, AI agents, automation, workshops and advice on digital processes. The exact scope, timing and deliverables are defined in a proposal, offer, email confirmation or agreement.

Proposals are based on the information available at that time. An assignment starts after written confirmation by the client or approval of the proposal. Additional work outside the agreed scope can be planned and charged separately after consultation.

The client provides the necessary information, access, feedback, copy, images, data and decisions in a timely manner. Delays in input or feedback may affect planning, delivery and priorities.

AI systems, agents and automations are designed to support and accelerate processes. The client remains responsible for checking critical output, decisions, data and communication handled through these systems. AP Studios BV aims to deliver robust solutions, but does not guarantee error-free or unlimited operation of external AI models, APIs or platforms.

Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the proposal or invoice. In case of late payment, AP Studios BV may pause ongoing work until outstanding amounts have been paid.

After full payment, the client receives usage rights to the delivered work as agreed in the assignment. Existing code, frameworks, templates, tools, methods and internal know-how of AP Studios BV remain the property of AP Studios BV or the respective rights holders.

Projects may depend on external services such as hosting, domain names, CMS systems, AI platforms, payment providers, email services or APIs. The terms, availability and costs of those services are the responsibility of the relevant third party.

AP Studios BV provides services with care and professionalism. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount paid for the relevant assignment. AP Studios BV is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, data loss or outages caused by third parties.

Both parties may terminate a collaboration according to the arrangements in the proposal or agreement. Work already performed, incurred costs and planned work may be invoiced.

Collaborations with AP Studios BV are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, both parties first seek a reasonable solution through consultation.
